We are looking for an enthusiastic & dedicated waiter or waitress to join our ambitious & friendly Front of House team. Previous Michelin star or 3AA Rosette experience preferable but not essential, as we will provide all necessary training

This is a fantastic position for someone looking to grow their career, expand their knowledge or even take their first steps in to the high-end world of hospitality

We are an award winning, 18 cover fine dining restaurant situated in the centre of Cheltenham, offering a tasting menu only experience to our customers which includes carefully sourced local produce along with fruits, vegetables, herbs & flowers grown on our own farm.

You will be working directly alongside our owner & restaurant manager in a small team in a modern restaurant. This is no ordinary chef de rang position, our team are some of the best in the business & need someone who will match their exacting standards

Your main duties will include

*Serving our customers - we have a very hands on service so this will include serving sauces table side, explaining elements of the chosen dishes, serving wine, pouring water & clearing dishes, cutlery & equipment

*Restocking the bar & wine cellar
- stock rotation, cocktail ingredient prep,cleaning & polishing glassware & decanters

*Cleaning the restaurant & preparing for service - polishing cutlery, ironing linen, folding napkins

*Restaurant admin - answering the telephone, taking reservations & using the computer system

*Generally helping out as required.

You will also have an equal share of tips - full time staff members received over £600 last month. We work 48hours per week Tuesday to Saturday with set close down periods so holidays & days off are guaranteed.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
