**Trainee Assembly Operative - Tewkesbury**

Our client, based in Tewkesbury, is an International, market leading electronics manufacturing organisation undergoing expansion and thus hiring an additional assembly operative to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role is to assemble product ranges in a timely and efficient manner, to the highest quality standards.

Although no prior experience is required, previous experience or a keen interest in electronics, engineering or assembly is advantageous. Above all a desire to learn new things and put these into practice in the training programme is essential.

The role will involve the light mechanical assembly of all product ranges with wiring and basic hand soldering within the assembly procedures. Full training is provided on the job.

As part of the role you will complete paperwork and supporting documentation in an accurate manner and communicate closely with the team any issues, supporting each other within the function.
