**Working Hours**: 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00, 18:00-06:00) on a two-week rotation of days and nights with every other weekend off

**Salary**: £31,160.79 including shift allowance

**About the Role**

As a Production Supervisor you will:

- Lead a Production Team to ensure the effective running of the process function and/or production lines and associated systems/equipment, fulfilling the production plan requirements and always demonstrating an audit ready production environment.
- Drive the performance of the process function and/or operation of product equipment/machinery and packaging equipment/machinery including fault finding, changeovers, asset care, and basic machine maintenance activities to maximise OEE performance.
- Audit all monitoring systems required by the Company to ensure compliance with Company Policies/Procedures/Standards and identifying and implementing corrective actions.
- Work as a key member of the Production Leadership Team, demonstrating Company Values and flexibility to support other teams/departments where required.

**About You**

You will:

- Have previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Be focused on driving performance within a team and maintaining excellent standards against Safety, Quality, People, Delivery and Cost.
- Be an experienced team leader who is passionate about building a highly skilled and motivated team around you.
- Have the ability to develop good working relationships with other departments.
- Have good IT skills.
- Be positive and energetic and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
