The role as a New Homes Site Negotiator is **crucial role** to deliver our strategy and as a **Full time New Homes Sales Negotiator**you will be an ambassador for Andrews Property Group and will play the most important part of our business

Based at one **New Home** site within **Swindon**region, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you carrying out all sales operations on newhome sites, developing business, assisting negotiations and guiding sales to completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

**The absolute must for this role is**:

- **perfect customer service skills**, with happy to help attitude, and great manners

**-attention to details-** this is the one of main points which is a part of the process of sales (sales negotiator needs to deal with plans and drawings of electricity, water and technical drawings within the property and need to amend it dueto client/developers request, all discussed changes must be evaluated, doublechecked and sign/ understood by the clients, cost regarding the changes must be informed to both parties and there cannot be a situation where there is miscommunication between clientand negotiator ) so it involves **brilliant communication skills too**

**-experience within estate agency/property sector/ or solid - exemplary knowledge of the property market,**ideally you will have an **experience in New Homes Sale or being negotiator within estate agency or property sector**
**- Please note - A driving licence is essential in consideration for this role (as you will be organising the meetings with clients, developers, presentations which can require you to drive to the other locations)**

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Providing an **excellent sales service, delivering the highest standards of customer care**
- You **will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout whole sales process completion (please remember the quality is the most important for us not quantity)**
- Operational responsibility for a range of new future development sites**:all aspects of presentation, and stock management**
- Taking a **proactive approach in identifying target customers and following up leads, ensuring sales are met within the agreed timescales**

**-Due to the nature of this position the working pattern will involve you to work Monday to Friday including few days at the weekend (sometimes only)**
**- work is based in one location in Swindon on one development site with potential travels to the other locations if required**
**- contract is on fixed term until the end of the development processes on site, with potential move to the other site after completion.**

In return for your hard work you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your basic salary with an uncapped commission structure.
