We are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier for an exciting permanent opportunity with a well-regarded law firm based in Norwich city centre.

The role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants to provide accounts and cashiering services to the firm’s fee-earners and colleagues.

Duties will include:

- Processing client account debits and credits
- Processing office account debits and credits
- Processing nominal transactions
- Processing client bills
- Inter account transfers
- WIP transfers/write-offs
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with Legal Aid transactions
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- Taking card payments over the telephone from clients
- Assisting property with completion statements as and when required
- Assisting with general staff/client queries
- Knowledge of the SRA accounts rules
