Office and E-commerce Administrator

Black Yak is a leading supplier of fair trade knitwear and crafts with an emphasis on quality and excellent customer service. We are recruiting for a new key role within our small and growing business with responsibility for ensuring the organisation of the office procedures and assisting with marketing.
The role is full time and based at our office in Middleton on the Wolds
Hours may be flexible.
**Duties to include**
Responsibility for customer invoicing
Production of POS material for customers
Maintaining customer relationship database
Proactively assisting with social media, e-commerce, maintenance of our web site and marketing activities.
Production of our annual catalogue. Arranging photo shoots and assisting with catalogue design.
During our busy times mucking in and helping our excellent warehouse and packing team.
**Required skills**
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good computer literacy skills
A good and flexible work ethic
The ability to work independently and to work well as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middleton on the Wolds, YO25 9TZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- e-commerce and social media: 1 year (preferred)
