We are currently looking for **Synthetic Organic Chemists** and **Medicinal Chemists**to join a growing pharmaceutical drug discovery company in Cambridgeshire.

**The role**:
As an Organic Chemist/ Medicinal Chemist you will design and carry out a range synthesis of target molecules for a range of drug discovery projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support several exciting drug discovery projects working across Hit Identification, Hit-to-Lead and Lead Optimisation.
- Design and carry out synthesis of novel small molecules.
- Work collaboratively within the medicinal chemistry team.
- Interpret data and write project reports

PhD qualified in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry or have an Masters in chemistry with some industrial experience (placement year for example).
