**As a Goods Out Supervisor, your duties will include**:

- Supervise the Goods Out operations and teams, ensuring orders are picked and ready for dispatch and releasing work through our WMS to ensure workforce is optimized in line with productivity targets
- Maximising stock availability by regularly reviewing add-ons and bulk pallets
- Ensure pallets are bulked up to reduce transport costs
- Ensure all personnel within the Warehouse behave in a manner so not to put themselves or others at any kind of health and safety risk
- Work closely with the Transport Team, relaying all relevant information and paperwork are processed in a timely manner

**What we are looking for in our ideal Goods Out Supervisor**:

- You must have experience of working within a warehouse environment and ideally in a Goods In/Out role
- You will be familiar in using warehouse management systems
- You will be a problem solver, with great trouble-shooting abilities
- You will be highly motivated, flexible to change and a team player
- You will have working knowledge of stock management best practice and handling including knowledge of working with dangerous goods and MHRA GDP requirements
