Due to ambitious growth plans, we’re looking to create a new team of **Social Media Executives **to join our expanding head office team based in the centre of Altrincham. This role has excellent opportunities for development.

**Location**: Altrincham, Greater Manchester (Town centre office, 2 minute walk from Altrincham Interchange Station)

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000 basic salary + Monthly Bonus + Company Benefits

**Job Type**: Full Time / Permanent

**Hours**: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 8.30am - 5.00pm on a Friday

**Social Media Executive / Lead Generation**- **The Role:
Reporting into our Sales Director, you’ll use LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to identify and approach suitable prospects (from businesses within your assigned sector) that would benefit from our suite of services, whether that’s our recruitment advertisingcampaigns, a bespoke headhunting project or even our RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) services.

You will connect with them and engage with their content, liking and commenting to build your online profile and build a network of decision makers. Creating, sourcing and sharing relevant content to your network will also be a big part of this role, thoughwe may be able to automate a large part of this for you.

The key objective will be for you to introduce yourself to key decision makers via social media messaging (no cold calling involved) and then booking them in for a call with our Sales Director
