**Job Description**:
The role will be based in Hemel Hempstead, working Monday to Friday and will report to the Project Management Team and the Operations Team within the Health business area.

**Responsibilities**
- Working as part of a small team and providing support to the projects and implementation team.
- Working with the projects and implementation team to ensure project delivery dates are met.
- Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully implemented.
- Completing various tasks related to the implementation of a project.
- General administration tasks to support the implementation I.e., collecting information from clients, creating user login accounts and disseminating these out to end users.
- Providing training to end users.
- Assisting with producing training materials.
- Supporting with weekly reports and project tasks.
- Adherence to Governance processes when completing daily duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience Implementing or Training on Software Solutions
- Helpdesk Experience would be desirable
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office product suite.
- Experience with Data Entry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative.
- Structured & proactive approach with an attention to detail.
- Good numeracy and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
