Process Transformation Consultant

Do you have process transformation consulting experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in London? If so, we'd love to hear from you Deerfoot IT Resources is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Process Transformation Consultant to join ourclient's welcoming and inclusive team. This full-time process transformation role offers an excellent salary of £76,000-£80,000, up to a 10% bonus and many other fantastic benefits. This position offers hybrid working, with only one day per week required inoffice.
As a flexible Process Transformation Consultant, you will work directly with clients across various industries, supporting them in realising their CX vision and strategy. You will also guide client-side projects, owning the delivery of pre-agreed milestonesand measures of success.
In your first few weeks in this Process Transformation Consultant role, you can expect to:
- Assess current eco-systems (processes, systems, technology) to identify gaps against CX vision and make clear recommendations to address these
- Utilise your industry knowledge and contact centre expertise, creating efficiencies and enhancing user and customer experience by optimising processes
- Support clients in developing and implementing industry premier, digital-first omnichannel CX strategies to meet customer and client needs
- Assist clients in optimising their workforce and skill sets to meet service levels and changing demands
- Exceptional contact centre knowledge and expertise, with proven delivery of solutions in contact centres
- Cross-sector industry experience, such as Telco, retail, utilities or FS (advantageous)
- Contact centre operational knowledge and understanding of simple automation principles, such as call deflection, webchat, conversational AI and chatbot
- Experience in RFI/RFP (desirable)
