Crawley, United Kingdom Industrial Site Maintenance Full time

We are looking for an experienced hands on Cleaning Site Supervisor who can join our enthusiastic team and bring with them the ability to successfully manage and motivate a team of people.

You will be required to work Monday - Friday on a 0730 - 1600 shift pattern. We will however require you to be flexible on occasion due to site demands.

You will report directly to and be supported by the Service Delivery Manager

**The key responsibilities of the role are**:

- Use a variety of manual cleaning equipment and chemicals inc. Buffering Machine and small pedestrian cleaning machines
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are recorded and spillage reports are completed
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors and visitors to the site
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness at sites
- Ensure that all staff working hours are recorded
- Maintain and promote a positive working environment
- Check holiday requests, contact staff to confirm/reject
- Monitor and manage staff performance
- Assist with interviewing new team members.
- Managing stock levels and placing orders.
**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- The ability to write and speak clear, accurate English
- Can demonstrate successful supervisory experience preferably within the cleaning industry.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong organisational and practical skills
- The ability to follow site schedules
