**The Job**: Fund Controller PE

**The Client**: ESG Private Equity Investment Manager

**The Location**: London - Hybrid Model

**The Opportunity**:
Private owner managed ESG focused investment manager with strategies across public and private equities is growing out its control team and needs to take on a strong fund controller to focus on the private equity businesses. Liaise with the Fund Directors and report directly to the Head of Control.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the operational aspects of the deal execution process.
- Liaising with Fund Directors to coordinate the approval of transactions and other compliance requirements.
- Overseeing fund administrators and custodians to ensure that they reflecting all activity across the funds in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Overseeing Limited Partner capital activity - calls, distributions and transfers.
- Assisting in the quarterly portfolio companies' valuation review process.
- Assisting in the operational aspects of fund launches and in the onboarding process for new Limited Partners.

**The Role**:

- Strong senior PE Fund Accounting experience
- Background in performance calculations
- Strong senior exposure across the IM industry, managing third party administrators, working with Fund Directors etc
