Our **Community Somerset **Team deliver care and support to people living in their own homes. We help people to stay in their own homes for longer by building their confidence and helping them to remain as independent as possible.

- As a valued member of our **Community Somerset** team, **Senior **Care and Support Workers** are key to helping us provide the support and care our customers deserve.
- **Senior Care and Support Workers** do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our customers to live their lives as they choose.
- You’ll be working from care plans, supporting customers through social & personal interactions. We help people build their confidence & to remain independent to stay in their own home for longer.

- Our **Senior **Care and Support Worker **pay rate of **£11.44** per hour (**£12.04 **on weekends) recognises the value of our team members.
