Our aim is to "Give Beauty Without Costing Time" We are looking to recruit a **Permanent** **Lawn and Weed Control Technician.** - Polite and friendly with a courteous manner. - A confident communicator with excellent verbal skills so they can provide the high quality, professional customer service we are renowned for. - Highly motivated with the ability to work on their own or as part of a team. - In possession of a current full driving license **- we are unable to consider applicants who do not have one.** - Comfortable using smart mobile devices as you will be guided through your daily duties via a job management app to streamline all of our back-office processes - full training will be provided for permanent staff. - Certificated to PA1 and PA6 level **OR** prepared to undertake training and examination for both qualifications within a mutually agreed timeframe after commencing employment. **Your duties will include**: - Application of lawn fertilisers, as well as weed and disease control treatments. - Machine work including aeration, scarification and full lawn restoration. - Top-dressing and over-seeding of lawns. - Assisting with lawn re-turfing. - Application of weed control and moss & algae eliminator products to hard surfaces. - Working as part of a ‘Winter Garden’ team to provide general garden tidy-up services such as pruning of shrubs and bushes, lopping of small trees and border clearance at the end of the growing season. - An opportunity to assist with drainage installations. We can offer a competitive pay rate, depending on experience, for a 40-hour working week with core hours of, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. For Permanent staff members we include, 28 days annual leave, a bonus incentive scheme and a competitive pension contribution. Company uniform, van and mobile phone will also be provided.
