We’re looking for a resilient, embarrassingly organised yet outgoing new team member for our bustling lettings office.
If you are cool as a cucumber in a crisis
- like a swan paddling under the water but looking calm and collected on the surface, then we want to talk to you
Oh, and on Mondays we have delicious pastries delivered to the office for the troops
You will be
- Happy to manage your own diary and time
Able to deal with issues as they arise autonomously
Tech savvy and fluent in Whatsapp
Not easily rattled by the events of the day
Knowledgeable about common property problems
Able to negotiate between landlords, tenants and contractors alike
A stickler for attention to detail
You will have
- A self-propelled work ethic
Experience within a letting’s office
Your own car and driving licence
You will gain
- A really lovely bunch of co-workers, even if we do say so ourselves
This role is Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm + Alternate Saturday mornings, with time off in lieu.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kenilworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Lettings: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: One location
