Salesforce Trainer

**The position**
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Salesforce trainer and administrator to be part of our company’s Animal Health Technology Solutions IT team. Your main responsibility will be to facilitate training, user acceptance testing and day-to-day support of our Salesforce CRM instance. Our Salesforce instance (with Zuora CPQ) is used globally, and we are introducing additional species to the platform and rolling out subscription products to our global user base. Salesforce is used by both internal sales teams and external customers.

You will have good person skills with experience in communicating complex topics with business users of varying skill sets. Preferably experienced with agile development processes and methodologies. Self-organized and structured, with the ability to define one’s own tasks to support the ongoing platform enhancements. Flexible working hours to support global roll-out initiatives. You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
**What will you do?**
Your primary activities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the training team with expert knowledge of the Salesforce and Zuora (CPQ) platform.
- Perform user testing to facilitate UAT processes and procedures.
- Support the Salesforce admin team with Tier 2 support activities related to triage and issue diagnosis across multiple integrated systems.
- You will have an awareness of Salesforce flows, reports/dashboards and page layouts.
- Perform basic user and license management activities with sandbox and production environments.
- Responsible for CRM user management & maintenance.
- Support daily operations, administration, and continuous improvement.
- Support the global roll-out of our Zuora CPQ platform.
- Support the roll out of the Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Meet with internal stakeholders.
- Work with internal and external Salesforce developers and architects.
**Your qualifications, experience and skills**
- Experience of a large-scale Salesforce environment.
- Demonstrable experience of working with release management processes.
- More than 2 years' experience working with Salesforce in a support capacity.
- Experience of any/all the following Salesforce clouds: Sales; Experience; Service & Field Service.
- Proven ability to provide end-user training and support.
