**Job Title: Letting Administrator**
**Location: Stroud**
**Job Type: Permanent / Office based**
**Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am - 1.00pm (half a day off in lieu for working a Saturday)**
**Salary: Up to £25K**
The Property Manager will have previous experience ideally within a similar property related role.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including:
- Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management and dealing with general lettings administration.
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
- You will be accurate, organised, numerate and technology savvy
- Ideally ARLA qualified
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Full & clean UK driving licence
- Well presented, attention to detail
