The FP&A Analyst (HYBRID) will be responsible for providing support to the Divisional FP&A Central team as well as the local FP&A teams in the subsidiaries across Europe

**Description**

The FP&A Analyst (HYBRID), will have ownership of key reports and will be instrumental in providing regular and ad-hoc analysis to senior stakeholders across the Division as well as introducing innovation, automation and other working efficiencies

The analytical and reporting element focuses predominantly (but not exclusively) on P&L elements such as Revenues, Gross Profit, SG&A and Operating profit in total and by business stream as well as Free Cash Flow elements and includes actual vs budget aswell as historical variance analysis

**Duties**:

- Support the Divisional FP&A Director and FP&A Manager
- Own the monthly reporting packs and introduce continuous improvement and value adding enhancements
- Actively participate in the month end process, support with country and other queries as necessary, provide commentary on key numbers
- Drive the weekly forecasts reporting process
- Develop strong working knowledge of the financial systems in use and work closely with the Systems team to ensure system readiness for all reporting exercises
- Establish on-going current and historical analysis on country results across a variety of areas e.g. Revenues by product, business streams, margin analysis, capital expenditure etc
- Maintaining all reporting files and actively contribute in the development of a wide knowledge bank
- Develop budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting models
- Work closely with the Systems team to ensure system readiness for all reporting exercises
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for submission to Divisional and Group stakeholders
- Provide other ad-hoc analyses as required

**Profile**
- Must be part-qualified/Finalist level CIMA / ACCA / ACA
- Must have previous from one of the following backgrounds - FP&A / Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Management Accounting experience
- Will ideally have a relevant Finance & Accounting degree (not essential)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (minimum excel level including SUM / IF / handling large volumes of data)
- Knowledge of Finance systems (knowledge of Oracle an advantage but not essential)
- Ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders of varying seniority
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team

**Job Offer**

The FP&A Analyst (HYBRID) role offers a base salary of £45,000 - £57,000 (depending on level of experience and qualification), plus:

- Hybrid working: very flexible in terms of which days you come to the office. Ideally 50% office based, 50% home based.
