Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames and lenses
- Take accurate measurements for fitting spectacles
- Adjust and repair spectacles as needed
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and processing orders
- Answering telephone and in person queries including completing triage form
- Visual field testing and teaching patients to insert and remove contact lenses
- Till transactions and cashing up
- Ensuring the practice is clean and tidy throughout the day - Managing contact lens and spectacle orders, deliveries and collections

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an optical setting is preferred but not required as training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiasm and a friendly disposition
