**Dumper Driver / Groundworker**

**Up to 20 p/h**

Gap Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Dumper Driver/Groundworker to work on a project in Harlow town centre, Essex.

**Dumper Drivers Objectives**
- Prepare and position the machine for safe and effective operation.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the machine is in good working condition.
- Setting up a site, putting up barriers, safety signs.
- Adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure the accurate and precise execution tasks.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

**Dumper Drivers Specification**
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Ticket.
- Dumper ticket desirable but not essential.
- Must have own tools and full PPE.
- Minimum two years on site experience in a similar role.
- Be able to provide two checkable references.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to perform manual tasks.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
