**Job Overview**:
As a Bartender at Clubhouse Meadowhall, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for delivering outstanding service by crafting and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will contribute to the overall guest experience, ensuring they have a memorable time in our premium leisure venue.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Mixology and Service**:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in mixology techniques and stay updated on industry trends.

2.**Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a customer-focused approach.

**3.Order Management**:

- Efficiently manage and fulfill drink orders from guests and servers.
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.

**4.Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Adhere to Clubhouse Meadowhall's policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service standards.

**5.Collaboration with Team**:

- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.

**6.Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote specialty drinks, promotions, and upsell additional beverage options to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay informed about current promotions and actively share information with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
