I am recruiting for a leading Financial Services company, based in Manchester City Centre, who specialise in Financial and Debt Management Solutions. I am looking for individuals who are either looking to kickstart or further their career in Financial Services.
This job will be based from their office in Manchester. With clear progression opportunities and a full training program, plus a salary increase upon the successful completion of your probation, this job is a great opportunity for someone looking to havean impact on people’s lives and build a successful career.
**Key Responsibilities for the Financial Solutions Advisor job**:
- Interact with customers to understand their circumstances
- Recommend suitable solutions and answer any queries customers may have
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the customer receives the best outcome
- Handle calls and adapting your approach to suit each customer
