Front End Associate

**Duties**:

- Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the establishment
- Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Processing customer payments using electronic payment systems
- Bagging and packaging customer purchases
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
- Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking products

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is beneficial
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques is desirable

At our restaurant, we value exceptional customer service and strive to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately processing transactions, answering inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, as well as familiarity with cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques is also beneficial.

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £6.50-£11.44 per hour
