iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Big 4 Accountancy Firm to recruit an Audit Manager into their Leeds team.

**The Practice**

A leading Big 4 Accountancy Firm with an enviable list of clients. This Practice works with some of Yorkshire’s household names, offering the chance to work on some extremely interesting clients.

**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Audit professional looking to progress and develop in a challenging and rewarding environment.

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for;**
- Managing, leading and co-ordinating audit engagements
- Building effective working relationships with clients
- Developing relationships both internally and externally
- Acting as a role model to the trainees and wider team
- Coaching and mentoring the audit team
- Ensuring client deliverables are of a high standard
- Playing a key role in audit planning, identifying key risk areas

**To be considered for the role you will ideally have;**
- A professional Accountancy qualification - ACA/ICAS or equivalent
- Experience of leading audit teams
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
