**Warehouse Operative - Product, Parts, and Dispatch**

**Job Location: Bidford on Avon**

The job holder will have sole responsibility for the management, control and efficient operation of the warehouse including products and parts bought directly by our customers and used by our installation and maintenance service teams.

This requires a careful and organised approach to stock management, control, and dispatch to ensure the products and parts needed by our service teams and customers are correct and delivered on time.

**Job Roles Responsibilities include**:

- Stock management and warehousing
- Using computer systems to monitor, record, track and audit product and parts
- Work with the Service Team to ensure their parts are always available on time.
- Make up products, picking and packing orders
- Customer order processing and dispatch
- Booking parcels onto carrier dispatch system
- Managing and responding to customer online and telephone orders
- Manual handling goods in and out
- General housekeeping duties

**General description and purpose**:
We sell, install and service a broad range of equipment for our commercial kitchen customers. This requires us to hold a large stock of equipment, spare parts, and consumables for the efficient management our customers kitchen operation. The efficient on time availability and operations of products and parts, for both our service teams and customers, is essential to our customer service.

**The Job Holder**

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail, confident communication and team building skills, and keen to grow within the role, improving on their knowledge of our industry sector and supporting our business growth.

Experience and understanding of warehouse stores and parts management, dispatch and packaging preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided to someone who can demonstrate the ability to develop and grow with this role. You must have good computer skills including Microsoft Office, a minimum 3 GCSE’s and full UK Driving license.

Supporting our management and service teams to deliver excellent on time customer service you will be happy working as part of a young team in an energetic and growing business.

This role also includes some yard duties and general maintenance of the warehouse and our storage facilities.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
