**The Role**

You'll become part of one of our friendly and dedicated teams who supports individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities across two services. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

**About You**

At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build an amazing career within the Health & Social Care sector. We'll even fund your SVQ qualification too

**All we’ll need you to bring is;**

- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, our services do support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift patterns will usually fall into patterns of early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Dependant on the service, as part of your rota, you will be required to work sleepovers and/or waking nights as part of your rota,

Our sleepover shifts don’t form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of **£105** for every sleepover shift you work. Our temporary Waking nights shifts will be paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional payment of £20 per night.
