**Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant**

**Salary up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

Home based with some travel to client sites as required

**Dynamics CRM, D365 CE, Customer Engagement, CRM, Consultant, Senior Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide expert level consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and best practices
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, project management, and development
- Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance to clients
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes, standards, and documentation

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customizations
- Experience with C#,.NET, and JavaScript
- Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
