Service & Sales Roles - no Cold Calling

_**Join our busy Sales and Service Team - full training, no cold calling**_ We're looking for Insurance Technicians to join our busy Sales and Service Teams. You'll be provided full paid training in our Academy, before going into the Contact Centre with all the tools to take every call. No experience is necessary - if you love working with others and helping solve problems, we have just the job for you The purpose of these roles are to maximise customer sales and providing an enhanced customer experience post sale. Opportunities will arise from both inbound and outbound activity, but you'll only ever speak to people who want to be spoken to. There is **no cold calling**. And - after training's complete, you'll work a 'hybrid' mix of being both in the office and working from home, helping achieve that work-life balance You will be working in the bespoke market dealing with unique vehicles and can experience exciting opportunities such as career mapping and meeting our customers face to face at events. _A really good chance to kick-start a career in insurance with a Top 100 Company._ **Working hours and salary** **Customer Service** **Sales** Starts at £18,000 per year. After 12 months increases to £21,000 and after 18 months to £21,000. + Estimated OTE: £4,000 Starts at £18,000 per year. After 9 months increases to £19,000, after 18 months £21,000. + Estimated OTE: £8,000 **Current working pattern**: Week1 08:30-16:30 - Mon to Fri Week2 10:00-18:00 Mon & Fri 10:30 - 18:00 Tues, Weds & Thurs 8.30/16.00 Saturday **note that CS currently close at 6pm. However, we are likely to revert back to 19:30 close at some point in the near future. **Current working pattern**: Week 1: 8.30 - 16.30 Monday to Friday Week 2: 11.30-19.30 Monday and Friday 12.00-19.30 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30-16.00 Saturday. **Responsibilities to include**: - Answering inbound telephone calls. - Making outbound telephone calls (no "cold calling") - Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction - Effectively communicate with customers to provide relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing the customer to make an informed decision. - Understand customers issues and recommend solutions. - Maximise targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills. - Use all relevant information to optimise opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products. - Evidence excellent problem-solving capabilities - Manage time effectively to meet required business targets ensuring quality and accuracy requirements are met. - Commit to own personal development. - Adhere to Company processes with regards to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Data Protection Act (DPA) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) requirements. **Essential Skills**: - Target/Goal driven. - Excellent communication/ Problem Solving skills. - Works on own initiative and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. **Employee perks & benefits** Being part of our team comes with perks such as discounted cinema tickets, meals and fun days out.
