Successful and established production company based in Bristol are looking for Assembler Fitters £10.50 to £11.50 per hour.
Job title: Assembler fitter / metal worker/ Vehicle Fitter
**Salary**: Hourly rate £11.00 bonus after qualifying period (For skilled and qualified coach builders or body work specialist's higher rates are available).
Location: Bristol
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 07:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday (40 hour week) plus Overtime
The Assembler fitter / metal worker/ Vehicle Fitter would be working in a production environment assembling, fitting, drilling, riveting, using hand and power tools to assemble and fit parts and fixtures. Experience with workshop tools, basic fabrication andmetal working skills are essential.
The Assembler fitter / metal worker/ Vehicle Fitter will also assist in modifying vehicles tail lifts, access doors and other parts of the vehicles both internally and externally.
In addition there will be general fitting of parts and fixtures to the vehicles and any welding skills may be useful.
Practical hands on skills in a mechanical production environment are essential and any vehicle related background or skills would be beneficial.
For skilled and qualified coach builders or body work specialist's higher rates are available.
