Window & Specialist Cleaner

To support the Window Cleaning & Specialist Cleaning Team and operational efficiency of the Company by consistently providing high levels of specialised window cleaning and support duties at our client's site in the Cambridgeshire area.

**Hours of Work**

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 0500-1300

**Duties**
- Complete all tasks on the weekly worksheet within the prescribed timescale.
- Ensure all equipment is used for its intended purpose, appropriately maintained, and safely stored after use. This will include loading and unloading equipment from the vehicle, including the roof rack.
- Assist with specialist cleaning as and when required. This will include, but is not limited to, carpet cleaning, laboratory cleaning and commercial office cleaning.
- To effectively manage one-off work where required by management.
- The position will require the individual to work at height using ladders, harnesses, a bosun’s chair, and power-operated elevation equipment such as ‘cherry pickers'.
- The position will require the individual to use a mixture of traditional window cleaning methods, such as sponge and squeegee, as well as water-fed pole systems for cleaning at height in addition to using other cleaning equipment, which is not limited to, pressure washers, dryers, floor buffers, and scrubbers.
- Any other ad hoc duties, as required by the management team, within the reasonable scope of the role. This may include covering the duties of a cleaning operative if required.

**Salary**: Up to £11.24 per hour
