One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a IT PMO Analyst
Location - remote / Stratford Upon Avon
Duration - 6 months
Day Rate - up to £425 Inside IR35
Experience
- Support the team's core PMO activities, including:

- Actuals and Forecasts
- Change Project experie experience very beneficial
- Risk management
- Lessons Learned Log
- Status monitoring and reporting
- Portfolio governance and sanctioning processes
- Change control
- Benefits tracking
- Business Management Standard compliance
- Regular catchups with Architecture Team Managers to review data for their team (demand, capacity, actuals, forecast) and agree & feedback on resourcing / onboarding actions
- Support the wider Change team with organisational activities, including scheduling and coordinating team meetings and away days
- MS Visio
- Support the running of the team's flexible resource pool by managing all on-boarding and off boarding activities including; account creation, cost code allocation, timesheet support, starters and leaver's checklists, overall progress tracking
