**Prime Time Group is a family of 3 nursery settings in Birmingham with a home from home ethos. "Team work makes the dream work"** We currently have a vacancy to work within our **Hodge Hill branch **for a level 3 Nursery Practitioner. We are a 32 place provision, with a home from home feeling, where everyone is made to feel welcome and loved. We operate 51 weeks a year, excluding bank holidays. We are closed for one week at Christmas. Hours - 40 hours a week Working hours 8 hour shifts (daily) Is this person you? Do you have - Prime Time is one BIG Family, would you like to be apart of this environment - A warm, smiling face that makes every child feel loved and special. - The ability to laugh at jokes that you don’t understand, or you don’t find funny. Child humour can be a confusing minefield to navigate. - You will preferably have a little bit of quirkiness. If a child requests that you be the captain of a pirate ship, you will be the best pirate you can be. - The ability to sing, in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential. - A high level of multitasking is essential too. If something would normally take 5 minutes to achieve, you must be comfortable with it taking 15 minutes or longer. - Possessing the skills required to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people is of utmost importance. - You must be able to remain focused in environments with louder noise levels. - Can you pretend to eat play dough creations realistically? This is a skill that may develop with time - The ability to remember the names of 20 plus children, their parents and siblings, pets and special toys is a key component as they become our family members too. - Can you authentically show an interest in the outdoors and show curiosity for bugs and creepy crawlies is essential, even if they are you biggest fear - You must be willing to have a lot of fun in the workplace, laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day. - Can you engage in play with the 7 areas of learning in mind? - Can you seek adventure and enhance you imagination through play? - There is simply no better job than ours - And finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important too many young children and their families. - If you think Prime Time family is for you, we look forward to hearing from you. **Skills ~** Excellent communication Creative imagination Team player Schedule: - Monday to Friday
