**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the cultivation and maintenance of plants in the Propagation Department, ensuring high standards of plant health and presentation.
- Perform potting, watering, pruning, and general plant care tasks.
- Monitor plant growth and report any issues or concerns to the Propagation Department Manager.
- Assist in the retail nursery as needed, providing knowledgeable and friendly service to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for plants and horticulture, with experience in plant care.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner.
- Flexibility to assist in various areas of the nursery as needed.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving plants.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.44-£13.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
