Permanent Position 37.5 hours a week, currently Monday To Friday. We are looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent administrative skills to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Plaster Department at RNOH.

We are a small department looking after adults, children both inpatients and out patients in a wide variety of plaster casts. Acting as receptionist, you will be the first person welcoming patients to the department, so it is essential to have a friendly and open manner for anxious patients coming to be treated

Supporting the plaster team to ensure the smooth running of the department, taking phone calls from patients who may have developed problems and need to be seen urgently. Liaising with other members of the multi-disciplinary team/ward staff, to ensure patients receive the best care. A professional and empathetic manner is essential.

Our Department is small team and work well together. This vacancy would suit someone who enjoys working within a small team and patients who may attend on a regular basis. Also someone who enjoys having children around as a high proportion of our patients are children.
