NLB Solutions have the privilege of working with a growing business based in St Albans. They are based centrally and are accessible by public transport but do have parking available on street around the office.

This is a Accounts Clerk positionwithin a small team, and reporting into the Finance Manager and the business are looking for someone that has good administration and/or reconciliations experience.

**Job Specification**

The role consists of the following;
- Perform daily bank reconciliations of a number of accounts
- Raising cheques, and monitor cheque payments
- Input daily transfers and payments on to relevant banking system
- Provide back-up support to the cashier function
- Produce management information as determined by direct line manager

**Person Profile**

The hiring team is looking for someone;
- Keen to develop themselves and play an integral part in the business’ growth
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
- With previous experience using Excel
- With previous experience dealing with high volume reconciliations or administration with an accounts department
- Available on short notice
