Spencer Clarke Group and working in partnership with a local authority based in the Midlands to assist with the appointment of several SEN Case Officers.

We are looking to speak to SEND professionals who have experience managing a caseload and writing outstanding EHCP’s.

**Contract Details
**Pay Scale** - Starting from £260 per hour - Negotiable depending on experience.

**Location** - Remote Working for the duration of the assignment.

**Contract Length** -6 month+ rolling contract highly likely to be extended on an ongoing basis.

Duties include:

- Co-ordinate a person centered, outcome focused multi agency approach to assessment, planning and support ensuring that young people, where possible, and parents are treated as equal partners in the assessment and planning process for the co-production ofEHCPs.
- Act as the Named Officer and main point of contact for named setting, schools, colleges and specialist institutions.
- Attending EHC plan review meetings, at critical points such as change in phase of education
- Coordinate assessments and casework across the SEND Service, ensuring that casework is legally compliant whilst remaining child centred, pro-active and responsive to the needs of children and young people and paying due regard to the views of parents.
