**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are attended to.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and staff to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Oversee on-site event management, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event coordination or related fields such as hospitality or guest services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques is a plus.
- A background in restaurant or hotel operations is highly desirable.

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
