**The People Of: Tech** are recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer for a global luxury jewellery company. You would be overseeing all graphic design projects, from conception to delivery, managing a team of 4 people.

This role is based in London (SW6) and offers hybrid working.

This role requires experience within the jewellery sector.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for:

- Mentoring and reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure it is up to the highest standard.
- Ensuring brand consistency is maintained throughout all projects
- Communicating with the marketing, design, retail, and sales teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Designing and producing high quality printed and digital marketing materials, such as look books, wholesale catalogues, brochures, posters, etc
- Ensuring materials are prepared on time for print and sourcing print suppliers
- Working across Digital Marketing and PR teams to plan and execute content in line with their marketing calendar (e.g., social media content)
- Staying up to date with the latest graphic design trends and continuously improving the creative strategy
- Taking the initial concept and bringing it to life with original and unique designs, whilst adhering to brand guidelines and standards
- Reviewing client presentations and editing the video content
- Using Adobe Photoshop Timeline or After Effects to create small animations and gifs such as stop motion

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will have:

- Degree educated, or equivalent, with at least 3 years solid track record in Graphic Design, ideally in the Fashion industry
- Strong and relevant portfolio of work
- Expert-level in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential)
- Strong Knowledge of Premiere Pro
- Experience editing motion with After Effects is desirable
- Experience leading junior team members, as well as freelance talent
- Well informed and aware of current fashion and graphic design trends
- Strong team player with the ability to lead a team, manage and prioritise the workflow
- Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
- Communication skills and understanding on how to approach different stakeholders
- Passion and enthusiasm for design and all things creative
- Eager to take on new challenges and desire to continue growing and improving
