**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**
**P urchase Ledger**
- Obtaining approval for all invoices in accordance with the Global Authority Matrix, and posting onto their respective ERP system
- Accurately recording Carriage and Duties into appropriate Stock Items
- Management of the GRNI report ensuring all items are investigated and processed in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements, ensuring all queries are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
- Producing bi-weekly Payment Run files for review by Head of Finance and inputting onto the respective
Banking Platform for authorisation
- First point of contact for all Purchase Ledger & Payment Queries
**S ales ledger**
- Processing of cash receipts and payments onto respective Accounting Systems
- Raising all Sales invoices daily, and ensuring invoices are distributed in a timely manner
- Monitoring Credit Limits, and highlighting to the Head of Finance where customers exceed their credit limit
- Review of Aged Debtors, and proactively distributing statements to ensure payment terms are met
- Monitoring Sales Tax Compliance and ensuring all invoices & Credits notes are calculated accurately and in accordance with Federal and Local Laws
- First point of contact for all queries in relating to Sales Ledger
**Credit Control**
- Identifying and highlighting slow payers, and debt challenges to Head of Finance to minimise potential bad debt
- Ensuring our Credit Control activities are carried out daily and in accordance with our policy
& procedures
**Reporting & Reconciliations**
- Producing Daily Outturn reports for review by Management Accountant
- Processing all supplier payments in a timely manner
- Producing Daily Bank Reconciliations for review by Management Accountant
- Producing Intercompany Reconciliation & Interco Sales analysis
- Producing Credit Card Reconciliation ensuring all receipts are received in a timely manner
