We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic and collaborative team in a very friendly working culture in our Manchester office. The role would suit someone with previous administrative or reception experience and who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment. The successful applicant will have strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Processing and distribution of all incoming telephone calls, including the logging of calls and the conveying of messages.
- Greeting all clients and other visitors to the office in a helpful, friendly and professional manner whilst projecting the image and ethos of the company.
- Batching incoming post onto Proclaim (our case management system).
- Opening and distributing incoming mail and tracing post / invoice references.
- Preparing outgoing post, collection and delivery of Royal Mail/DX post.
- Monitoring and dealing with retained post.
- Sorting of outgoing cheques and letters for posting.
- Logging and recording of special deliveries.
- Assisting with booking meeting rooms/visitors to the premises.
- Booking and maintaining the interview and training rooms.
- Ensuring the reception area and all meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Undertaking other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
- Liaising and assisting the Hull office when help is required with business events for the Manchester office.
- Liaising with the site management company and using their online portal.
