**Maintenance Engineering Manager**

**£40,000 to £43,500 + bonus + excellent pension + life assurance + westfield health + 25 days holiday + day shift working pattern**

**The role**
- **Manage** and **coordinate**the **maintenance engineering functions** of the UK plant, including the **leadership** of a team of 15 working across 3 shifts.
- Plan and execute all **planned maintenance activities**, ensuring this is completed on time.
- Ensure all **breakdowns** are resolved at the earliest opportunity.
- Produce weekly **KPI's** and present to the Engineering Manager and other senior managers as required.
- **Analyse performance** and adjust **resources** and **planned maintenance schedule** to suit the needs of the business.
- Create **training plans** for all team members.
- Ensure site **health and safety** is adhered to at all times.
- Ensure compliance of company quality system by completing required **audits** and **inspections**.
- Manage maintenance departments **continuous improvement projects**.
- Previous, successful tenure in a **Maintenance Engineering lead** or**Manager/ supervisor**:

- PLC experience is highly desirable.
