I am currently working with a PE backed FTSE 250 company who are going through a rapid amount of growth. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate strong control and analytical thinking and will act as a credible business partner.

This role will support in many areas of business partnering including profitability and pricing models. It requires an individual who will bring control of revenue & costs, depth of understanding of the business combined with strategic insight to this dynamic,diverse, and highly profitable company.
- Partner with the Country Finance teams to ensure accuracy and understanding performance drivers
- Providing analysis on performance and KPI trends where necessary to enable decision making by Senior Management.
- Produce monthly reporting including sales performance and analysis, providing variance analysis and value-adding commentary to explain movements.
- Clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives, business partners, and Finance counterparts in other functions and regions
- Review monthly and quarterly results, summarizing financial and operational performance for senior stakeholders, including the CFO and CEO review of the month’s results
- Driving commercial thinking across the functions and influence the outcomes by providing challenge and support to the leadership teams across Europe
- Support the delivery of budgets, forecasts and 5-year plans by owning the sales build up model
- Performs scenario modelling and margin calculations for business opportunities
- Working closely with Sales Operations to ensure all data is accurate and consistent
- Proactively identifying signs of risk and opportunity to the P&L, articulating the quantitative impact
- Support Finance process and system improvements, partnering with Finance and technology teams, to streamline efficiency.
- Educated to degree level, with an accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- A strong understanding of financial management and reporting, financial controls and processes, implementation, and governance
- Highly motivated, collaborative, innovative, confident, able to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and to make quick decisions
