**Duties include but are not limited to**:
You will support clients with all aspects of daily living, which will include personal care, respiratory care, therapies and medication administration.
- Provide support in social activities and interests.
- Accompany service user on hospital and other therapeutic appointments.
- Encourage and support service users in Socialising and maintaining friendships and relationships within the community
- Supporting service users in increasing independence and autonomy.
- Supporting and enabling service users to identify and achieve goals.
- Assist with domestic duties including daily food preparation.

Applicants must have clear written and verbal communication skills, be friendly and upbeat with a great sense of humor.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 2/3 Diploma is Health and Social Care but required but essential.
- Must be able to pass DBS check.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently without much supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
