Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are an established agency with many years of experience and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff. We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

**At Care Connection, we offer**:

- 24 hour on call support.

Our client support three gentlemen in Devizes with Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy and behaviours that can challenge. They require a fun and engaging Support Worker who understands the importance of routine and boundaries.

Their beautiful 3 storey house is just a short drive from the lovely Market Town. There you can enjoy the crescent-shaped marketplace, hosting weekly outdoor markets on a Thursday and an indoor market five days a week.

Enjoy a lovely, picturesque stroll along the Kennet and Avon canal, which is home to 29 locks running from Caen Hill. It is one of the longest sets of locks in Britain.

**The Role includes**:

- Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
- Providing companionship and making sure your client has a meaningful day.
- Perform all duties in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
- Following support plans to enable to give the best support.
- Helping them to get out and about in the community, teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
