We are expanding our front of house team at The Knight of Notting Hill We are looking to hire a bar staff that meets the following:
**Front of House / Bar Staff**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction. Engage with the customers
- Take, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Monitor and stock up the bar as needed.
- Clear tables, wipe surfaces and operate the glasswasher.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Serve food and snacks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar or pub environment preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills.

Standard hours are 40hrs per week on a flexible rota, where weekends will be required. Must have availability to work on night shifts.

You will need to be knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with the correct drink choice.

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
