**Sales Order Administrator, Poole, £24,000**
**The purpose of this role**
As Sales Order Administrator you will be a part of the Customer Experience team, ensuring the **highest level of customer service** is always provided
As Sales Order Administrator **you will be responsible for**:
- **Accurately entering all information** regarding customer orders and deliveries into the businesses **CRM system**:
- Undertaking **general administrative** duties
- **Liaise with internal departments** to ensure all information is correct, especially when providing updates to customers
**Skills & Experience**
- **Experience within customer service** or administration
- Excellent organisational skills and **high attention to detail**:
- Good **Excel** skills
