As a result of business growth, we are now looking for a motivated and committed Trainee Plumber to join our highly experienced water treatment plumbing team. Travel will be a requirement of this role across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, so you must have a full UK driving licence. You will be provided with a company van to travel to a variety of client sites, supported by our Plumbing team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your plumbing career, offering future career progression across many roles in our company.

**Your role**:

- Deliver assistance across all plumbing tasks, scheduled in conjunction with SMS method statements
- Deliver plumbing tasks in line with health & safety guidelines
- Learn plumbing skills from our experienced plumbing team, asking for help and guidance with work related issues
- Complete accurate data tasks on our in-house software: Opuz through iPad usage
- Attend client sites in a timely manner, ensuring highest standards of customer service
- Continually develop plumbing skills in line with role requirements, through personal learning and course training
- Ensure highest standards of van and personal cleanliness

**Requirements**:
To enable our Plumbing Department to deliver the SMS services to the customer, you will play an integral part in completing all plumbing tasks, as well dealing with clients on a daily basis.

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
- The ability to work safely and effectively in a team or as a lone worker
- IT knowledge - to use iPad technology
- Full UK, manual, driving licence

**Desirable**:

- Prior plumbing experience within commercial or domestic environments
- City and Guilds Plumbing Qualification
- Understanding of Legionella control within plumbing context
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Working at Height knowledge

**Salary: Basic salary up to £18,500 per annum, plus paid overtime**
