**About us**
St Leonard’s Juniors FC is a junior football club in Hastings and St Leonard's. Our goal is to provide football opportunities for as many children and young people as possible.
We hold a fundamental belief that football should be a source of joy and accessible to all. This belief guides us as we wholeheartedly embrace our four Core Principles:
**Everyone Plays**
- We are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to step onto the field and experience the beautiful game, irrespective of their current experience or skill level._
**Everyone's Respected**
- We foster an environment of mutual respect, where players, coaches, and parents alike appreciate the value that each individual brings to the club._
**Positive Coaching**
- Our coaching approach is built on positivity, encouragement, and the nurturing of players' skills and confidence, always with an eye on their development._
**Open To Everyone**
- St Leonard’s Juniors FC welcomes all children with open arms. We're a diverse and inclusive club, celebrating the rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences that each child brings to the field._
Join us in our mission to make football a sport that unites, inspires, and brings out the best in every child. At St Leonard’s Juniors FC, we're more than just a football club; we're a community where every child has the chance to shine.
St Leonard's Juniors: Where we learn to play
Are you up for a fresh challenge? Enjoy working with children/young people?
If you're confident, patient, outgoing and absolutely reliable, with a genuine passion for providing young children with a positive football experience, we want to hear from you
St Leonard’s Juniors FC offers more than just football coaching - we're dedicated to giving as many kids as possible a consistently positive introduction to football through engaging sessions. We're seeking coaches who share our enthusiasm.
As a coach, you'll create and lead football sessions for children aged 4-11 on midweek evenings. While we provide training and support for you to excel as an SLJFC coach, prior coaching or teaching experience would be advantageous.
