Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Organizing events and conferences
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
- Taking responsibility of accounts and budgets
- Researching and preparing presentations
- Booking travel arrangements
- Assisting with general office management
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles using Xero is a plus
